Company Projects
Learn from engineers who build live production platforms.
Unlike coaching institutes that only teach slides, Fair Share IT Services Pvt. Ltd. builds and maintains live SaaS platforms, SEBI-compliance fintech tools for Indian mutual fund houses, and B2B portals.
Watch your engineering capability compound week by week.
How the same student progresses from Day 1 Ruby methods to Day 45 production deployment and Day 90 internship completion.
Every assignment is reviewed like production code.
Every milestone is submitted as a GitHub Pull Request, checked by automated Minitest suites, and reviewed line-by-line by a mentor.
Automated Minitest suite passes 100% · CI CHECKS
Clean Git commits, migrations & code style · PR REVIEW
Live oral defense of your design choices · WALKTHROUGH
Three progressive applications you build and deploy.
Every trainee builds, tests, and deploys these core applications during Days 1–45 before entering the internship phase.
Milestone 04 · Full-CRUD Notes & Task Manager with RESTful routes and HTTP 422 validation.
Milestone 05–06 · Multi-Author Relational Blog with PostgreSQL foreign keys and role-based access.
Milestone 08–09 · Independent Capstone App with automated tests, live HTTPS URL, and oral defense.

At ShiftToIT, operated by Fair Share IT Services Pvt. Ltd., we value practical skills and genuine contributions. Certificates and contributor credits are awarded based on demonstrated work, code quality, and the ability to explain and take ownership of completed projects.
Do I need prior Ruby on Rails experience before joining?
No prior Ruby or Rails knowledge is required. However, you must know basic programming logic (variables, if/else conditions, loops) in any language (C, C++, Java, Python, or JS). Your engineering branch or degree stream does not matter if you can write basic logic and commit to daily hands-on practice.
Is this program suitable for 3rd-year (TE) and final-year (BE) SPPU engineering students?
Yes. Third-year and final-year engineering students from SPPU (Computer, IT, E&TC, AIDS, MCA, BCA) frequently need practical industrial training and a verifiable internship project. Our 45-day training + 45-day supervised internship structure gives you a live deployed project, a real GitHub pull-request history, and documentation you can present for college evaluations and campus placements.
How does the 45-day training + 45-day internship transition work?
Days 1–45 cover structured, milestone-based Ruby on Rails training where every assignment is submitted as a GitHub Pull Request and graded via automated Minitest checks and mentor review. Students who complete the 9 milestones and pass the Capstone code defense progress into the Days 46–90 supervised internship phase with Fair Share IT Services Pvt. Ltd. Selection criteria and terms are provided in writing before you enrol.
Why teach Ruby on Rails when many institutes only teach frontend React or basic Java/Python syntax?
Most students graduate knowing only isolated syntax or frontend templates without understanding how a complete web application works end-to-end. Ruby on Rails teaches full-stack software engineering—routing, MVC architecture, PostgreSQL relational schemas, migrations, authentication, automated testing, and production deployment—in one cohesive framework, while Fair Share IT Services actively uses Ruby on Rails in production portals.
What happens in the ₹500 Career & Technical Counselling session?
Before paying for any full program, you can book a 45–60 minute 1-on-1 counselling session (₹500 per session, in-person at Kothrud, Pune or via Google Meet). We review your current coding level, resume, academic timeline, and career goals, and give you an honest assessment of whether this program fits you. Counselling is completely standalone with zero obligation to enrol.
What are the program fees and installment options?
Full program fees (historically structured as ₹25,000 across two installments: ₹12,000 at start and ₹13,000 at 50% milestone completion — confirm current batch fee schedule in writing prior to enrolment) and batch size limits (small mentor-led cohorts) are shared transparently in writing during admissions so there are never hidden charges.
Will this program guarantee me a software job?
No honest institute can guarantee a job. What we guarantee is rigorous engineering mentorship: if you put in the daily work, you will leave with a live deployed web application, a GitHub profile full of reviewed pull requests, an ATS-ready resume, an optimized LinkedIn profile, and the ability to explain and debug your own code in technical interviews.
Start with an honest conversation.
