Baseline Logic Check & Written Terms (Before Day 1)
Whether you start with a ₹500 counselling session or direct application, we verify basic programming logic (if/else, loops) and share written fee installments, batch timings, and internship terms before you enrol.

Days 1–45: 9 Milestones Submitted as GitHub Pull Requests
Every 4–6 days you complete a concrete milestone (Ruby CLI -> OOP & Git -> HTTP/CSS -> Rails MVC -> PostgreSQL -> Auth/RBAC -> Minitest & APIs -> Peer Review -> Capstone). Every submission is checked by automated tests and reviewed by a mentor.

Day 45 Capstone Defense (The Quality Gate)
To protect the quality of our engineering team, entry into the internship phase requires passing your Capstone oral defense—where you explain your PostgreSQL schema, walk through your Rails controllers, and fix a live bug.

Days 46–90: Supervised Internship at Fair Share IT Services
You work through three structured internship stages: Onboarding & Bug-Fix PRs (Days 46–59), Scoped Feature Tickets & DB Migrations (Days 60–80), and WebsitesWatch 80+ Parameter QA & Production Release (Days 81–90).
